Property Llama Corp. (“Property Llama,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit propertyllama.com (the “Site”), how we use and share it, and the choices you have. It applies to information we collect through the Site and our related marketing activities. It does not cover the separate Property Llama application and platform, which may be governed by their own terms and privacy notice.

Information you provide to us. When you complete a form, request information, sign up, or otherwise contact us, we collect the information you submit — typically your name, email address, and phone number, along with any message or details you choose to provide.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our analytics and advertising providers automatically collect certain technical and usage data, such as your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring URLs, and the dates and times of your visits.

Marketing and attribution parameters. We capture campaign parameters from the links you arrive through (for example, utm_source, utm_medium, and utm_campaign) so we can understand which campaigns and channels brought you to us.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

• Service providers that power our Site and outreach, including Segment (customer data platform), Salesforce (customer relationship management), and ActiveCampaign (email marketing), which process information on our behalf;
• Advertising partners such as Meta, in connection with the advertising pixels described above;
• Professional advisors, affiliates, and successors — for example, in connection with legal, accounting, or audit needs, or a merger, financing, or sale of assets; and
• Authorities or other parties when required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

We do not sell your personal information for money. However, our use of advertising pixels and analytics may be considered “sharing” or a “sale” of personal information for targeted advertising under certain state privacy laws. You can opt out as described below.
