I’m so glad you asked this question. I’m going to tell you exactly how we’re different. Most real estate events – online and in real life – focus on how you can buy real estate. We’re not focused on that. We focus on the real estate financial planning side of your investments. Our goal is to answer the questions: What do you do with your portfolio once you own real estate? What do you do with the equity in your portfolio? These are topics that other real estate coaches ignore. I've never heard of you before. What makes you qualified to coach me on real estate investing?

Another excellent question and you’re right to be skeptical. Between my co-hosts and I, we’ve sold over $500 million worth of real estate. If we include the teams we manage, we’ve sold over $1 billion. That’s what makes us unique. We’ve been doing real estate deals for over 20 years. We didn’t flip a couple of multi-family units and then become gurus to sell courses.

Not only that but the strategies we use are highly sought after by professional investors. Our event is going to focus on the Colorado market specifically. You can apply the strategies we’ll be sharing to any market in the US. If this is OK with you, you’re welcome to join us. 

Will I be able to watch a replay if I can't attend the live sessions?
