Matt started investing in 2007 and has a lifetime IRR above 20%. He’s built a rental portfolio of 30 doors, flipped residential and commercial apartment buildings and has operated in many different market conditions.

He’s been a LP and GP in Colorado and Texas syndications and is building LP ladders in top tier private Real Estate funds to maximize his ROE.
